At RIKECOOL, our commitment to customers continues beyond installation.

Register your warranty for eligible RIKECOOL automotive solar films, RIKESHIELD™ Paint Protection Films (PPF) and XPEL Paint Protection Films installed by RIKECOOL.

Warranty coverage varies by product and installation type. Please refer to the applicable warranty terms for full details.

Automotive Solar Film Warranty

5 or 10 Years — Product Dependent

Eligible automotive solar films carry a limited warranty of 5 or 10 years, depending on the product or series purchased.

Coverage includes qualifying defects such as peeling, cracking, discolouration and oxidation, subject to the applicable product warranty terms.

Solar film warranties are transferable where permitted under the relevant warranty conditions.

Paint Protection Film (PPF) Warranty

2 Years — Installation Workmanship

Covers qualifying installation defects, including film lifting, edge peeling and installation-related bubbling.

Up to 5 Years — Limited Product Coverage

Eligible RIKESHIELD™ and XPEL exterior PPF installed by RIKECOOL includes limited coverage for qualifying premature film or material defects, such as abnormal yellowing, cracking, blistering and delamination.

These are separate warranties. The limited product warranty does not extend the installation workmanship warranty beyond two years.

XPEL Manufacturer Warranty

Certain XPEL products may carry a separate manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s applicable product terms and claim requirements.

PPF warranty coverage is limited to the original vehicle and installation and is non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Registration helps RIKECOOL identify your installation records and assist with future warranty enquiries.

Keep your invoice or installation documentation for reference. Any registration requirements applicable to a separate manufacturer warranty should also be followed.
